This warranty applies only to product quality issues arising under normal usage conditions. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. If the product is damaged or has quality issues due to non-human factors during the warranty period, you may apply for a free replacement or return with valid proof of purchase.

Damage caused by improper use or storage not in accordance with the product instructions. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or other abnormal usage conditions.
